As a Monitoring Device
Protect aging facilities, reduce equipment management labor, and monitor energy consumption
Monitor blower and motor temperatures, belt failure, and filter life in clean rooms and air handling units.
Monitor motor temperatures, vibrations, and ambient temperatures surrounding blowers installed in high places and in high-temperature applications such as dryers.
Monitor machinery in dark, cramped, hot machine rooms and sound-proof rooms.
Monitor blower and dust collector fan belt failure, vibrations, temperatures, and filter damage, and stop motor burnout.
As a Measurement Device
Data can be saved at five configurable intervals (1 min/5 min/10 min/30 min/60 min)
Automatically record and visualize equipment monitoring data.
Record individual machine power levels and use the data to improve energy efficiency.
Record temperatures in drying furnaces and the ambient air, and motor surface temperatures. Useful for reducing dangerous inspection work for equipment located in high places.
Record measurements of shaft bearings vibrations (speed) in large, 1,000 kW motors.

- Child Unit
-
- Data can be saved inside the child unit
- When monitoring with a single child unit, measurement values from all 8 channels can be saved as CSV files inside the child unit.
(Capacity for up to 480 sets of data, representing 10 days' worth of data at 30-minute intervals. When the 480 limit is reached, the oldest data set is deleted in order to make room for new data.) - Data saved on the child unit can be exported by attaching a personal computer to the unit via LAN cable and using browser software (Internet Explorer).
- When monitoring with a single child unit, measurement values from all 8 channels can be saved as CSV files inside the child unit.
- Red alarm light flashes when fault is assessed
- A red light flashes to warn operators when a fault occurs.
- Data can be saved inside the child unit
- Parent Unit(MIRU TEN)
-
- Can connect to up to 10 child units.
- Data can be saved at five configurable interval periods (1 min/5 min/10 min/30 min/60 min).
- Includes USB memory drive (8 GB; can store 10 years or more of data).
- Parent Unit (Monitoring Software)
-
- Can connect to up to 100 child units Separate Windows® PC required. (Compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10)
- Data can be saved at five configurable cycles (1 min/5 min/10 min/30 min/60 min).
- 9 types of display units, with 5 addition types that can be freely added as desired.
Use Case
Automatic painting machine
Monitors vibration value, odor, and temperature of exhaust blower
Continuous cleaning and drying furnace
Monitors airflow and bearings temperature of circulation blower
Mist collector
Monitors electric current value, vibration value, and filter clogging
Paint booth
Monitors vibration and electric current values of exhaust blower
Simply remove the USB memory drive from the MIRU TEN and connect it to a personal computer to access the CSV file and assess trends with graphs. If using a single child unit as a fault detector, connect a personal computer to the child unit with a LAN cable to export the saved data.
※ Only remove the USB memory drive after stopping communication with the child units or after "Save Completed" is displayed. Removing the drive while the units are communicating may damage the data.
