We would like to inform you about blower with increased safety/pressure resistant explosion-proof motor ME/MD/MDF type (1.5 kW to 3.7 kW)Information on changes and price revisions 【Updated February 2024】

 

1. Target products and update details

1） MD・MDF type 0.25 kW - 1.0 kW

The reacquisition of explosion-proof certification due to renewal has been completed. All the current MDF inverter inventory has been sold, and we have ended accept orders for the current MDF.

New MDF type: start accepting orders in December 2023. New MD type: start accepting orders in January 2024.

 

2） MDF type 0.2 kW (model already discontinued)

Our current inverter all inventory has been sold and we are no longer accepting orders.

 

3） ME・MD・MDF type 1.5 kW - 2.2 kW

We will update the explosion proof certification and update the blower section to a high efficiency blower. (Planned to start accepting orders in April 2024)

 

4） MD/MDF type 3.7 kW

Explosion-proof certification will be updated. (Scheduled to start accepting orders in April 2024)

 

2. Price revision details (standard specifications)

1） MD/MDF type 0.25 kW to 1.0 kW  : increase by approximately 20 % (as announced in September)
3） ME/MD/MDF type 1.5 kW to 2.2 kW  : Scheduled to increase by approximately 35 %
4） MD/MDF type and ME type 3.7 kW  : Scheduled to increase by approximately 20 %

 

3. Other

Regarding 3) and 4), the details will be finalized depending on the result of the explosion-proof test, and the contents may change. (Third report scheduled for early February 2024)

3) 4) MDF types (1.5kW to 2.2kW/3.7kW) are scheduled to be sold in parallel with the old and new models until the current inverter inventory is sold out.
