Blower for end suction in large dust collectors. Intended for outdoor installation (in coastal areas), the blower is thoroughly protected from rust. The coating is made up of 2 layers of epoxy resin and 1 layer of polyurethane resin paint. All the intermittent welds on the outer surfaces are protected by caulking to prevent rust from emerging from the materials mating surfaces. As well, we use SUS304 for all surface bolts. Finally, it has a direct coupling and oil bath shaft bearings.

Doubled-up φ1300 45kW axial flow blowers in parallel operation. Wind speed up to 130km/h are coordinated with the speed control signal to generate a uniform wind speed. Nozzles are replaceable and movement by casters is possible for each test.

Rated for pressure resistance up to 5 kgf/cm2 (0.5 MPa). The casing is made with thick plating to resist deformation under pressure, and the interior is lined with stainless steel. Airtightness is maintained in the shaft through-hole section with dry gas mechanical seals.

Tested pressure was an extremely high 10 kgf/cm2 (1 MPa). The gas temperature rose to around 120℃ due to the pressurized circulation, and significant deformation was observed in the ducts used for the circulation test. Mechanical seal blower was used.

The photograph shows an airtight-type blower in which a water-lubricated double mechanical seal is used for the shaft seal. Wind Tunnel Experimental Equipment

The axial flow blower with a "Kairyu" adjustable fan blade impeller is highly efficient and delivers a large airflow. Honeycomb meshes and other wire meshes and straightening plates are used to correct the airflow and ensure cross-sectionally uniform airflow inside the tunnel. The diameter of the exhaust port is 500 mm, and the maximum wind speed is 50 m/s (180 km/h).
